So you might ask yourself what the heck is a “semi-custom” website?

Well a semi-custom website is a pre-designed site with 6-8 pages where the design layout of the site is 90% complete. This off course takes the design costs out and still gives you a great looking website. The 10% of the site that is un-designed we customize to your liking which includes customizing the site with your favorite color combination, customizing your header banner if theme allows, logo creation at our discretion, and adding your pictures.  At Realty Power sites we have created several great designs that are all ready for you to add your unique content into. Now why was it important for us to explain semi-custom above, because we want it to be very clear that the sites we offer are NOT custom websites.  If you would like a custom website there are plenty of web designers that will be more than happy to charge you $4,000-$15,000 for a custom website.
